Funded by the Department of Labor through the National Urban League, this program prepares previously incarcerated persons to re-enter society as productive citizens. Key measurements include employment and employment retention, reduced recidivism and increased earnings. Housing, mentoring, work ready, anger management, financial literacy and other supportive services are provided and include:

• Job readiness training and life skills • Computer and on-the-job training • Job placement and GED preparation • Mental health and substance abuse counseling
